Depending on your circumstances, we are able to offer those coming to visit the area for the first time a ‘Discovery Trip’, where we take care of five star hotel accommodation and airport transfers… all you have to do is book your flights!
Our recommended viewing trips are typically two to three days in length giving you sufficient time in which to be introduced to the immediate area, discuss in depth the process of ‘Buying in Spain’, have plenty of time to ask any questions and to view as many properties on the resort as you wish to see.
Whilst many people understandably prefer to visit over a weekend, we recommend doing so with at least one full mid-week day. This will ensure you have time to meet with lawyers and arrange and complete any necessary paperwork in advance. You will also be able to view the wonderful ‘hustle and bustle’ of the resort itself as well as the local area in which you are intending to buy; it is much easier to ‘imagine’ how relaxed weekends both can be – on both – in comparison.
You will be driven around in one of our comfortable air-conditioned vehicles during your stay while we will show you some of the best beaches in the area and the abundance of restaurants the region has to offer.

Our office is the only one that is located on the Mar Menor Golf Resort itself – directly opposite the five star hotel and adjacent to local law firm LS Solicitors with whom we work closely and have done so for many years. They come highly recommended, are widely known for their professionalism and high quality of service and employ a variety of European language speakers.
